Returns & Exchange


Our warranty is for the current season. Products from previous seasons are not covered by warranty. Go to our warranty page at to file a quick claim, we’ll verify its eligibility, and send you the exchange information. There are no exceptions, the item must be returned to us before a replacement is sent out.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are all handled the same. Products eligible for return are gloves, Huds, and branded apparel in unused condition. All other products are ineligible for return.

Returns Process:

  2. You’ll receive an email with a return address and claim number.
  3. Mail your product to that address.
  4. When the product arrives, a refund or replacement will be issued as requested.
